OATMEAL FACE MASK (DRY SKIN)

INGREDIENTS AND PROCEDURE;

1.    Take ½ cup of hot water

2.    Add some oatmeal

3.    Let the oatmeal absorb the water

4.    Add 2 tablespoon of plain yoghurt

5.    Add 2 tablespoon of honey

6.    Add 1 egg white (from one egg)

7.    Mix them well

Apply on the face and neck, leave for 10-15 minute then wash it off. It’s work well for exfoliating, cleansing, brightening, smoothing and anti-ageing.

 

BANANA FACE MASK

INGREDIENTS AND PROCEDURE;

1.    Get a medium sized ripe banana and mash it.

2.    Add ¼ cup yoghurt and 2 tablespoon honey

3.    Mix them well

4.    Apply on the face and leave for 15 minutes then wash off.

It smoothens and moisturizes the skin.

 

HOW TO PREVENT STRETCH MARKS



INGREDIENTS;

1.    Aloe Vera

2.    Pure rosehip oil

Extra virgin cold processed/ olive oil.

3.    Extra oils to use;

Ø Hemp seed oil

Ø Rosehip oil

Ø Shea butter

Ø Jojoba oil

Ø Olive oil

These are great moisturizing oils.

4.    Vitamin E oil

Ø Super for nourishing skin and it’s good to maintain the elasticity of the skin. It helps in fading off stretch mark.

Ø Vitamin E will minimize the size of stretch mark and make it visible.

Ø Mix all together and apply on the skin everyday, for pregnant women, apply it in areas where you are not experiencing itchiness. This helps to maintain stretch marks.

Ø When using this treatment, stop the use of products that contain sterols.
